We're a high-leverage team of Product Data Analysts embedded across the business, owning the semantic layer and the metrics everyone trusts. We turn "I have a hunch" into "here's what actually happened," and we're the reason teams across the company can make calls on evidence instead of instinct. The Role

As a Lead Product Data Analyst, you'll directly impact our results through insights and reports. You'll work closely with product managers, researchers, and other business stakeholders, helping with prioritization, assessments, and business recommendations. We have strong processes and existing engineering managers, so you're not building from scratch. You're raising the bar.

The foundation is solid: a centralized Redshift data warehouse where all source data lands, modeled in dbt and orchestrated by Airflow, with Segment feeding event data in. You won't be stitching scattered sources together, the platform exists; your job is to make it trustworthy and keep it that way. We're mid-migration to Lightdash as our single BI platform, replacing Tableau and Metabase.

Here's the honest gap: everyone on the team today is an analyst. Data quality, tracking standards, and platform hygiene get done as side work, squeezed between analyses. Nobody wakes up thinking about them, which is exactly the job we're hiring for.

About the First Service Experience at LawnStarter

Every new customer meets us the same way. They land on our home page or marketing site, then move through a signup and booking flow where they get a quote, pick a service and a schedule, and pay. That flow runs across all three brands and brings in most of the company's new customers.

We built it many years ago. It's too long, and we lose customers at too many steps. So the real question isn't how to remove a step. It's whether the experience designed still makes sense at all, or whether it should be rethought entirely as an AI-native, agentic experience.
