Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries regarding travel bookings, hospitality services, and tourism activities via phone, email, and chat in Slovak.
- Provide detailed information on available services, rates, and travel guidelines.
- Assist customers with reservations, changes, cancellations, and any special requests.
- Resolve issues and complaints in a timely and courteous manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for future reference.
- Collaborate with hotel and service partners to enhance customer experience.
- Stay updated on travel destinations, company offerings, and industry trends to provide accurate information.
