At GoMining, a General Manager is the end-to-end owner of a business direction, responsible for its strategy, P&L, product, team, and overall results. A GM combines business, product, and operational ownership — setting priorities, managing unit economics, driving execution, and making decisions based on data. We are looking for a General Manager to own Custody & Compliance at GoMining — the business line responsible for how customers move funds into and out of our ecosystem safely, quickly, and reliably.

This is not a traditional compliance role. You will own the entire direction as a business and product — from custody infrastructure and KYC/AML to deposits, withdrawals, Travel Rule, fraud controls, provider relationships, and customer experience.
