Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000

We are hiring on behalf of our client, an established and rapidly expanding insurance organization who is seeking an ambitious Claims Team Lead specializing in Property, Auto, or General Liability (GL) to join the Dallas, TX office in a hybrid capacity.

This position is tailored for either an experienced Claims Team Lead looking for a high-velocity environment or a senior Claims Handler ready to step up into formal people leadership. The client prioritizes exceptional drive, strong technical capability, and work ethic over raw tenure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and line-manage a dedicated team of Claims Handlers.
• Drive operational excellence across quality metrics, team productivity, and customer satisfaction SLAs.
