We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Asset & Inventory Manager to lead the effective management of our equipment assets within the marine seismic survey industry. This critical role is responsible for ensuring assets are accurately tracked, optimally utilized, and strategically managed to drive operational efficiency, control costs, and support long-term business objectives.

The position combines hands-on operational expertise with a strategic, forward-looking approach, ensuring that assets are not only properly accounted for but also aligned with the organization’s broader strategic goals. Working closely with engineering, operations, finance, and procurement teams, the successful candidate will ensure that all assets are managed efficiently, safely, and sustainably throughout their entire lifecycle. Compensation: $150K - $200K

We manage market risk, optimize growth, and ensure economic safety for protocols facilitating most spot trading, borrowing, and lending activity across all of DeFi, protecting and optimizing the largest protocols and networks in the industry. We build institutional-grade vaults for decentralized finance and currently manage risk and incentives covering over $42 billion in customer TVL. We are seeking experienced Data Scientists to help new and established protocols better understand and optimize the systems they've built.

In this role, you will work directly with the premier and most innovative DeFi protocols, developing expert-level knowledge of the mechanisms that underpin the industry.
