As Consumer Research Manager, you are the consumer insights function for GoMining marketing. You report directly to the CMO and work in a pair with the Brand Director: you produce the evidence, together you produce the brand strategy.

You will establish the baseline that brand OKRs are set against, and you will own the research programme from question to decision — including the agencies who execute it.
