Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a servant leader for multiple Agile teams, ensuring alignment with Agile principles and values.

• Manage everything related to Jira configurations, architecture, validations, and automations

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions to ensure optimal performance.

This role is responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle of financing, payment, settlement, and reconciliation systems. The successful candidate will work at the intersection of lending, payments, regulatory compliance, and banking integrations within the Saudi market. The position requires strong expertise in regulated financial environments and the ability to translate complex financial and regulatory requirements into scalable product solutions.
