Data Scientist - Consumer Product Optimization

Location: New York City, London (Office)

Compensation: $250K - $300K

We are seeking an experienced, versatile Data Scientist to join our team, which is focused on a fast-paced consumer-facing product within the fintech or equivalent industry. This is a high-autonomy role where you will have the freedom to identify opportunities, design and implement solutions, and measure their impact across our entire product suite.

We value generalists who possess breadth across the data science field and thrive on end-to-end ownership. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams while driving projects independently from conception to completion.

The Data Scientist will be responsible for leveraging data to drive product decisions, optimize user experiences, and uncover strategic opportunities for growth.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting data initiatives across our product, helping various teams make informed decisions through clear analysis, reporting, and insight generation.

As a Junior Data Analyst, you will support critical data initiatives, translating raw data into actionable insights that directly influence product strategy and user experience.
