IT Support Specialist
We are seeking on behalf of our client a single family office based in Limassol, a proactive and detail-oriented IT Support Specialist to join their IT team. This role is primarily responsible for providing day-to-day IT support, ensuring the smooth operation of all IT-related systems, and assisting end-users with hardware, software, and network issues. The ideal candidate is a problem solver with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for learning and technology.
Key Responsibilities:
IT Support & Troubleshooting
- Serve as the first point of contact for IT-related queries via helpdesk, email, or in- person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues for end-users.
- Support desktop/laptop systems, printers, phones, and other office equipment.
Hardware & Software Maintenance
- Assist in installing, configuring, and updating software and hardware.
- Maintain IT inventory records (hardware, licenses, accessories).
- Conduct basic preventive maintenance and diagnostics on IT assets.
