About the role:

Reporting to the Director of Process Management & Optimization, the Manager, Process Optimization is the "guardian" of our most critical workflows. You love solving problems, hunting for inefficiencies, and ensuring that our customer promises are kept every single time.

In this role, you will have direct ownership of the lending journey. You will be responsible for ensuring our processes are not only efficient and scalable but also rigorously controlled. The Head of Operational Risk Management is a critical leadership role responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a robust operational risk management framework across the organization, in compliance with Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) requirements. The HORM will report to the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) and will oversee the identification, assessment, mitigation, monitoring, and reporting of all operational and technology risks. This role is also responsible for establishing the Fraud Risk Management Framework, with the Fraud Risk Manager reporting directly to this position. The core objective is to minimize potential losses arising from failed internal processes, systems, people, or external events.
