We've been profitable for three consecutive years, and our existing business has reached a place of great operating leverage: 38.5 cents of every incremental dollar in net revenue since 2022 has gone directly to the bottom line. We're entering our most ambitious phase yet, expanding into new verticals, building software products, and laying the foundation to become a multi-billion-dollar company. We have a really talented team of ~180 full-time members plus a seasonal workforce that scales to 500+.

The Role

We're hiring a COO to be the operational heartbeat of LawnStarter.

Here's what's true: we grew 20%+ last year, expanded EBITDA margin by 7 points, and scaled to $50M+ in net revenue. We have a great culture, a strong leadership team, a really talented team, and we're great at hiring. We've done a good job building a profitable, growing business, but we aren't strong operators yet.

We don't have the operational infrastructure, rigor, and discipline to match our ambitions. Structural people development is aspirational, not actual. And as the business gets more complex (multiple service lines, new verticals, software products) the CEO needs to elevate to focus on AI strategy, vision, and the highest-leverage bets.

The Role

The Sr. Automation Engineer in Austin, Texas will serve in a hands-on role responsible for the evaluation and testing of the LawnStarter platform. As a key player in the Company's Engineering operations reporting to LawnStarter’s Engineering Manager and indirectly to the Head of Engineering. The Sr. Automation Engineer will collaborate with software developers and engineers (majority based in Brazil) and cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy automated solutions for various processes and systems, utilizing industry-leading automation technologies. Telecommuting permitted from anywhere within continental U.S.

Program Manager, Pro Performance

About the Pro Experience Team

Our marketplace only works when Pros succeed. We have 10,000+ active service providers across the country, and their quality directly determines whether customers stay or churn. The Pro Experience function owns everything that helps Pros get better at their jobs and more engaged with the platform—gamification, training, and the feedback loops that drive continuous improvement.

This is a new function. You'd be the first dedicated hire focused on Pro success and engagement.

The Role

You'll own the programs that help Pros progress from new signups to high-performing Gold and Platinum tier providers. This means designing and running gamification programs, building training initiatives, and partnering with Support to improve the Pro experience.

The Role

This is not a typical product management role. We're looking for someone to take ProBase and run with it—like a founder, but with the backing of LawnStarter's resources, brand, and marketplace.

You'll be an individual contributor with GM-level accountability. Small team, big ownership. You won't be managing a large org; you'll be shipping product, talking to customers, and making the calls that determine whether ProBase succeeds.

This role is responsible for managing the company’s most complex, sensitive, and high impact workflows, including property damage claims, professional conduct investigations, fraud and bank disputes, LawnStarter Treatment services, and in depth bug and product issue reviews.

Tier IV agents act as the final resolution point before executive or cross functional escalation, requiring strong judgment, advanced problem solving skills, and a deep understanding of LawnStarter policies, systems, and customer experience standards. The work performed by this team directly protects the company from financial risk, reputational harm, and customer churn while ensuring fair and consistent outcomes for both customers and service professionals.

As we expand into new verticals like pool care and other home services, you'll help build paid search playbooks for categories we've never marketed before.

The Role

You'll own paid search strategy and execution across our entire portfolio. This is an IC role; you're not managing people, you're managing millions in ad spend. You'll work directly in the accounts daily while also thinking strategically about how to scale efficiently.
