We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our Procurement team in Houston, Texas. This is a full-time, on-site position based in our Houston office, supporting both office and warehouse operations.

In this role, you will be at the center of our logistics operations, coordinating domestic and international shipments that directly support offshore projects and vessel operations. You’ll work closely with freight forwarders, customs brokers, vendors, offshore personnel, and multiple internal departments to ensure equipment, materials, and documentation move efficiently and in full compliance with global trade regulations.

Location: New York, United States • Miami, United States • California, United States (Hybrid) - On site in NYC - main preference, will consider candidates from Miami and California. IF IN CALIFORNIA, THE EXPECTATION IS THAT CANDIDATES WILL RE-LOCATE TO NYC WITHIN 6 MONTH.

Working directly with the founding team, the Talent Operator will build the infrastructure necessary to scale the company toward 200 employees, with a clear trajectory for professional advancement.

This is a permanent Offshore position with occasional onshore requirements during times of standby and project requirements.  Expected 28 day/28 day rotation.
