Role Summary

The FP&A Director is responsible for driving financial insight, strategic forecasting, budgeting, unit economics, and performance analysis. This role ensures the company makes data driven decisions and that financial performance aligns with business strategy.

This role does not handle accounting or treasury operations. Instead, they partner with Accounting for accurate data and with Treasury for capital and funding visibility.



Key Responsibilities

1. Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting

. Own the full budgeting cycle and quarterly forecasting.

. Build financial models that incorporate loan flows, payment plans, risk, expected losses, investor economics, and partner commissions.

. Produce long-range strategic plans.

2. Performance Analysis & Reporting

. Lead monthly business reviews with C-level, presenting insights and action points.

EU Co-funded Projects Associate

The role

The EU Co-funded Projects Associate is an active member of Alumil's Finance Division, responsible for researching and utilizing EU and Nationally funded programs for the Group's needs. You are located in our head office in Thessaloniki, and in cooperation with the team's Supervisor, you keep an eye on a daily basis on new funded programs and projects relative to the company's needs. Some key responsibilities of the position are the following:

  • Researching new funded programs (EU & national)
  • Keeping up with departmental needs & deadlines
  • Submitting proposals on the chosen programs and coordinating the process, aiming their successful completion
  • Organizing the relative documents
  • Preparing detailed reports
  • Organizing events that will boost Alumil's innovative spirit
