GoMining is looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Manager to become the right hand of our commercial lead. You will share ownership of the commercial agenda: improve how our digital acquisition channels perform, grow revenue from our existing customer base, and build the processes and infrastructure that help the commercial team scale.

This is not a direct sales role, and it is not a purely high-level one either. We need someone who understands sales from the inside and can analyze data to find growth points. You should come with your own ideas and see them through to results without needing step-by-step guidance.

Responsibilities

Digital Acquisition & Sales Performance

• Drive commercial performance across 7 digital customer acquisition channels together with channel owners and General Managers.
• Run regular performance reviews, comparing actuals to targets and identifying the drivers behind deviations.
• Identify revenue leakage across the funnel and prioritize the highest-impact opportunities.
• Improve first-purchase conversion and overall acquisition efficiency, including the effectiveness of our traffic spend.
• Analyze payment success rates and payment method coverage by market, and work with relevant teams to remove payment-related conversion barriers (e.g., adding local payment methods).
