Internship Engineer

We would like to invite enthusiastic, curious, forward-thinking engineering students from NTU Singapore to join us on a 20-week Credit Bearing internship program. The Intern Engineer is one of the best ways to gain deep understanding and insights into the offshore industry and operations.

Responsibilities

·       Learn about offshore industry standards and their practical applications

·       Join Project Management Teams and contribute to fruition of ongoing projects

·       Development of technical deliverables that will be utilized in both live operations and tendering applications

·       Possible secondment to relevant teams, such as Structure, Naval and/or Drafting

Requirements

·       3rd or 4th Year student from B.Eng Civil or Mechanical Engineering currently studying at NTU Singapore

·       Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint

With several long-term projects secured, DOF continues to grow and we are now looking for a Project Procurement Lead to join our Subsea project organisation.

Responsibilities:  

As Project Procurement Lead, you will be responsible for planning and managing procurement activities for assigned subsea projects, from tender support and project start-up through execution and close-out. You will work closely with Project Managers, Engineering, Commercial, Finance, Legal, Operations and Supply Chain teams to ensure procurement is aligned with project scope, schedule, budget, risk and client requirements.

This is primarily a project procurement management role. You will develop procurement plans, manage procurement forecasts, lead sourcing and subcontracting activities, follow up suppliers and subcontractors, and ensure procurement risks are identified, communicated and managed.
