We are seeking a Staff Software Engineer to be a technical leader on our core Execution Team.

You will be responsible for delivering software services, business logic, and APIs within the core Consensus Node—the heart of our DLT. This is a high-impact role requiring deep passion for solving technical challenges involving distributed execution, state management, transaction lifecycles, and economic systems (fees, rewards). You will drive technical direction, optimize performance, and mentor engineers within a highly collaborative, open-source environment.

Smart Contract Developer - Institutional DeFi Protocol

Location: Remote - US only (preference for onsite/hybrid in LA)

Compensation: $160K - $180K

We are seeking a Smart Contract Developer to join our core engineering team and build the foundational infrastructure that bridges traditional finance (TradFi) and decentralized finance (DeFi).

This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you will design, develop, and deploy highly secure, robust smart contracts for our core protocol.
