The main purpose of the Account Manager is to manage their assigned clients and their stores by planning, briefing, monitoring, and executing marketing campaigns aimed at driving conversions and sales.

This includes managing, overseeing, and taking charge of the client-agency relationship for all the clients that have been assigned to you. It also includes developing and executing marketing strategies, handling client communications, writing client reports, and communicating the client’s marketing needs to other team members. You will be responsible for supplying the information your team needs to ensure that all marketing campaigns are written, designed, and executed as well as possible. Your goal as an Account Manager is to assist your clients in meeting their revenue goals using the products and services of our company.

The Account Manager will report directly to the Head of Account Managers, the Account Managers’ Leads, and the Service Director while working collaboratively with other departments.

Als Klantteam Manager geef je leiding aan het Retail team binnen onze Managed Servicesafdeling. Jij bent de verbindende schakel tussen onze klanten en HSO Managed Services, met een duidelijke focus op commercieel succes, service excellence en teamontwikkeling. 

In deze rol ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor omzetgroei, margeoptimalisatie en klanttevredenheid bij jouw toegewezen klanten. Je bewaakt de resultaten van je team, signaleert kansen voor upselling en cross-selling en zorgt dat we voldoen aan onze SLA’s en KPI’s. Daarnaast pak je escalaties op en werk je samen met de Accountmanager en/of Salesmanager bij het onderhandelen over contracten.

Naast klanttevredenheid en financiële resultaten, draag je zorg voor de professionele groei van je teamleden. Je neemt deel aan performance cycles, stelt doelen en identificeert trainingsbehoeften om kennis en vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen.

Operationeel management is ook een belangrijk onderdeel van jouw rol: je stuurt de dagelijkse activiteiten van het team aan, stemt klantverwachtingen af op onze interne mogelijkheden en werkt samen met andere afdelingen voor een naadloze service delivery.
