What's the role?

This role will be part of our Manta Technology team and will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of advanced user interfaces for Digest core applications. This position will play a critical role in transforming complex operational processes into an automated and consolidated operation. In addition, this position will ensure that all front-end components meet the rigorous demands of offshore environments and align with PXGEO’s seismic acquisition workflows. What’s the role?

The Marine Contracts Manager will oversee and manage all contractual aspects of marine projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in contract negotiation, administration, and compliance within the marine or offshore industry. This role is critical in ensuring that all contractual obligations are met, risks are mitigated, and commercial interests are protected throughout the lifecycle of marine operations. Key responsibilities include:

Contract Management

• Draft, review, and negotiate marine service contracts, charter party agreements, and subcontractor arrangements.
• Provide contractual guidance to project teams during tendering, execution, and close-out phases.
• Lead contract change management, claims resolution, and dispute avoidance strategies.
• Monitor contract performance, obligations, and milestones to ensure timely execution and compliance.
• Maintain contract templates and ensure consistent application of PXGEO’s contracting standards
