About the role:

As a Senior Director, Strategic Programs, you will serve as the strategic architect of our Direct-to-Consumer products and value proposition. You will lead a high-performing team to optimize the consumer lending funnel, unlock long-term Customer Lifetime Value, and own end-to-end P&L performance. 

In this role, you will lead the creation and implementation of initiatives designed to grow the reach of Financeit products and maximize value from every customer touchpoint. Your objective is to partner with key stakeholders to develop a value-driven, frictionless journey for all customers, whether they finalize a transaction immediately or interact with our services in the future.

That tension — seamless upfront pricing vs. inherently custom work — is what makes this domain both critical and uniquely challenging. Today, pricing is split across three fragmented systems with no dedicated owner.

You'll own the full pricing and monetization domain — from the infrastructure that powers every price we show to the strategy that determines what we charge, how we bundle, and where we expand.

This is a transformation role. We're migrating from three disconnected pricing paradigms to a unified dynamic pricing system. The roadmap has 11 priorities, a dedicated engineering team, and no full-time product owner.

What You Will Do:

• Provide exceptional customer support via calls and emails;
• Assist customers with product-related inquiries;
• Support customers with job posting inquiries and other service-related requests;
• Accurately document customer interactions and update tickets in the support platform;
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary;
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and continuous service improvement;
• Securely work with customers’ sensitive information.
