Vos missions

Intégré(e) au sein du service technique, vous aurez la responsabilité globale (technique, financière et réglementaire) d’un portefeuille de navires. Vos principales missions seront :

  • Gestion technique et financière : suivi des budgets, validation des commandes et optimisation des approvisionnements.
  • Supervision des opérations : organisation des travaux d’escale et de carénage, sélection des prestataires et suivi qualité/coûts.
  • Conformité & sécurité : garantie du respect des règles HSE, ISM et suivi des visites annuelles/classe, relations avec les autorités du pavillon et de la classe.
  • Suivi opérationnel : visites régulières à bord, reporting technique et financier auprès de la direction.

Financial Systems Leadership

·       Assist in the configuration, testing and validation for finance system technology change

·       Strong understanding of finance and accounting process (IFRS/Gaap knowledge is a plus)

·       Expertise in systems architecture, integrations between HRIS and ERPs and workflow tools (ERP, FP&A, reporting systems)

·       Familiarity with Anaplan and Business Central is advantageous

·       Lead data migration activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data

·       Identify and resolve issues during implementation and post-go live phases

·       Ensure systems meet security standards.

·       Collaborate with finance and audit teams to support secure data flows and reporting.

·       Work with finance to map out finance process and translate them into BC technical solutions

  • Reporting au Chargé d’Affaire du centre parisien

Requirements

 Maîtrise des spécificités de conception et calcul de structure modulaire offshore.

 Maîtrise des codes applicables (DNV, API, ISO, etc…).

 Connaissance du logiciel de calcul de structure offshore SACS & Staad.Pro

 Capacité à faire appliquer les procédures du projet:

 D'un point de vue de la stricte application des procédures d'exécution de tâches.

Sous la responsabilité de l’Engineering Manager FPSO, vous assurez la coordination et la supervision des activités d’ingénierie liées aux équipements mécaniques de la coque, réalisées par le contractant EPSCC et ses sous-traitants.

Vos missions incluent notamment :

  • Supervision et validation des études d’ingénierie,
  • Préparation des activités de réparation et de prolongation de vie des équipements pendant la durée d'opérationnalité du FPSO: révision de la stratégie de pièces de rechange et optimisation du planning,
  • Sélection, suivi d'approvisionnement et revue du choix des équipements jusqu'à l'installation à bord,
  • Préparation des revues techniques projet et participation aux études de décisions techniques,
  • Suivi de l'approbation de l'ingénieriez par la société de classification du FPSO,
  • Reporting régulier à l’Engineering Manager avec remontée des points critiques.

Dans le cadre d’un projet majeur de développement offshore, nous recherchons un Lead Topside Structural Engineer expérimenté pour rejoindre l’équipe d’ingénierie de notre client en phase FEED / EPC. Vous serez garant de l’intégrité structurelle des topsides FPSO (modules process, utilités, LQ…) et assurerez l’interface entre les disciplines, les sous-traitants, le chantier et l’équipe client.

Missions principales

  • Piloter les activités de conception et validation structurelle des topsides en conformité avec les standards internationaux (API, Eurocodes, ISO…).
  • Assurer la revue des livrables techniques produits par les EPCI contractors (plans, notes de calculs, FEM, reports de levage/marine operations).
  • Participer aux revues de conception (model review, HAZID/HAZOP) et coordonner les interfaces avec les autres disciplines (process, piping, layout, marine…).
  • Collaborer avec les équipes fabrication pour assurer la constructibilité et la conformité en phase chantier.
  • Suivre les modifications, gérer les écarts techniques, assurer la traçabilité des décisions d’ingénierie.
  • Être le référent technique pour les questions structurelles sur la partie topside.

Requirements

🎓 Diplôme : Ingénieur diplômé (bac+5) en génie civil, structures ou génie mécanique.
