The industry knows this. The global maritime economy loses billions annually to poor hiring decisions — crew turnover, bad onboard dynamics, shore-based roles that don't stick. And yet the tools available to fix it are LinkedIn, a stack of CVs, and a recruiter who's never stood a watch.
SeaPlatformJob was built to solve this from the inside. Our team combines maritime operations experience, recruitment expertise, and AI engineering. We're not applying generic HR tech to the sea — we're building for the specific, complex, certification-heavy, culture-critical world of maritime employment.

Job seekers on this platform are always free. Their data is never sold. They're not a commodity to be matched and forgotten — they're the reason the platform exists.

EU regulations are creating urgency. We've built the green maritime niche because we believe the industry's future depends on getting the right people into these roles fast.
Transparency builds trust
We publish our match quality scores publicly. When the algorithm underperforms, we say so. When we don't have enough data to make a claim, we don't make it.
