We are replacing the opaque, offshore brokerage model with a transparent, permissionless trading stack built on-chain. By leveraging open, auditable code, we ensure that every trade, deposit, and withdrawal is verifiable. Backed by world-class investors including General Catalyst, Jump, and Susquehanna, we are looking for a Data Engineer to build the analytics engine that will power our next phase of growth.

The Role

As our Data Engineer for Internal Analytics & GTM (Go-To-Market), you will own the data systems that help us understand our users, optimize our growth motion, and drive better decision-making across the business. Your mandate is to turn raw on-chain and product data into reliable, self-serve analytics that fuel acquisition, retention, and revenue.

You'll work alongside our CRO team, designers, and marketing leads in our Santa Ana office to rapidly build and iterate on high-converting landing pages, checkout experiences, and funnel flows. This role is perfect for someone who can move fast, leverage AI to accelerate development, and isn't afraid to learn on the fly.

  • Building conversion-focused landing pages from Figma designs
  • Custom checkout pages and multi-step funnels using Checkout Champ
