AI Solution Engineer (Product Owner Focus)

We are a rapidly growing AI enterprise focused on empowering businesses to deploy conversational, AI-powered phone agents at scale. We are looking for a unique individual to join us as an AI Solution Engineer. This role is a hybrid of Solutions Engineering and Product Management, where you will effectively become the product owner of each customer's onboarding journey.

You will own the end-to-end implementation for new enterprise customers, ensuring they rapidly achieve a fully functional, high-impact AI-driven solution. You will blend deep technical expertise with strong product thinking to translate business goals into tangible, measurable AI experiences.

What You'll Do:

The Senior Business Analyst (BA) plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between the business requirements and the technical solutions delivered by the development team. The BA is responsible for conveying the vision and goals at the beginning of every release and sprint, ensuring the team is aligned with the business objectives. This position requires active participation in Scrum meetings, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Technical Program Manager (TPM) - On-Chain Economic Security

Location: Remote - Remote - USA (ideally NYC based) open to all of USA but not PST timezones

Compeensation: $120K - $150K

This role requires a detail-oriented professional who excels at vendor management, cost optimization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet demand planning and quality standards. This is an individual contributor role that reports to the Director of Supply Chain.

This role is fully remote but requires availability during U.S. time zones to ensure seamless collaboration with the team.
