is looking for a Corporate Development Director to lead the organization's strategic growth initiatives, including Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Investor Relations (IR), strategic partnerships, market expansion, and cross-functional corporate projects. This role works directly with the Executive Leadership Team to identify, assess, and deliver opportunities that enhance the company’s competitive position and support long-term value creation. 

The position requires a leader with strong strategic thinking, solid financial expertise, project management and people skills, and the ability to manage complex stakeholder environments. It blends analysis with hands-on execution, calling for someone who can shape strategy as well as drive projects to completion and translate ideas into measurable business results. The role involves managing a team, travelling as required, and reporting directly to the Chief Corporate Development Officer.

Role summary

The role focuses on identifying underperforming assets, driving repositioning, leasing or divestment plans, and using market insight to spot new revenue and value creation opportunities.

It also oversees end-to-end leasing activity, ensures accurate lease and rent records, and builds strong relationships with agents, brokers and other partners to support acquisitions, leasing and ongoing portfolio performance.
