Token GTM & Operations Lead (TGE/Launchpad Focus)

We are a rapidly scaling platform at the intersection of AI generation and Web3, enabling users to instantly build, launch, and monetize AI-generated applications with integrated token economics. We are seeking a Token Go-To-Market (GTM) & Operations Lead to own the full lifecycle of our platform's upcoming token launch, from hype generation and execution to post-launch stabilization. This role also involves operationalizing our unique token launch mechanism for ecosystem partners.

This is an ideal role for a crypto-native operator who has experience running launchpads, token issuance pipelines, or market-structure functions, combined with a strong instinct for narrative, attention, and community growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage workshop activities, ensuring equipment readiness and maintenance.
• Oversee mobilisation and demobilisation of survey equipment, including setup and troubleshooting.
• Develop and maintain equipment tracking and management systems.
• Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers for equipment specifications, wire diagrams, and spares.
• Establish standard mobilisation checklists and procedures for each sensor type.
• Provide remote and field-based troubleshooting support to offshore teams.

We are looking for a proactive QA engineer with strong mobile and API testing experience who is confident with Allure TestOps, Postman, DevTools, SQL, and Git. You will create clear test plans, ensure coverage, find and track bugs, and partner with product and engineering to ship reliable releases fast.

Requirements

We are looking for a Marine Technical Advisor to join our team who will provide 24 hour marine vetting and technical support on a global basis. The work schedule comprises of: 12 days on / 9 days off (Shift Pattern: 5 dayshift – weekend – 5 nightshift). The position is remote, however Aberdeen based location is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide global 24-hour marine vetting and technical support.
• Daily monitoring and management of a specialised marine database.
• Continuous communication with global Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
• Arrange vessel surveys to meet vetting requirements.
• Complete various reviews, including Initial DP, Annual DP, DP FMEA & Proving Trials, Class Surveys, eCMID, OVIQ, ERRV Surveys, and Structural Integrity assessments.
• Review procedures, DP Operation Manuals, DP FMEA’s, CAMO & ASOG’s, and Checklists.
• Issue vessel certificates to match vetting requests.
• Ensure vessel vetting’s are managed and kept up to date.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The successful candidate will join a multidisciplinary team and work under the direct supervision of the deck supervisor or boatswain.
