Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Customer Consultant with strong communication skills and a real interest for better and effective customer experience. You will be member of the Sales Division. Your role is located in Thessaloniki, and you will be next to our clients, project based, since you’re responsible to answer any inquiries they have about our systems and the projects technical specs. In specific, you conduct static studies regarding the appropriate profile selection during the project’s designing phase, while also dealing with specialized designs. You will be responsible for domestic and international projects, carrying-out project analysis including complete technical support and value engineering to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Communication & customer support is your second skin, and you actively collaborate with the sales department. The stakeholders you’re coming in touch with could be architects, private individuals, fabricators, or the group’s subsidiaries.
