You’ll be the person who tracks down "purple squirrels"—those hard-to-find developers and engineers who aren't looking for work but are perfect for our clients. You’ll be responsible for the initial outreach, sparking curiosity, and qualifying talent before handing them over to our Delivery Managers to finalize the hire.
