Location: Remote - Open to remote US/Canada but MUST be available for in person sprints in NYC - Preference for full time in NYC

Compensation: $130K - $150K

We are a high-growth consumer technology company defining the next generation of finance. Our iOS and Android application is often described as the "Robinhood for DeFi," allowing anyone to trade cryptocurrencies on-chain through a simple, user-friendly interface. Since our launch in July 2024, we have attracted over 2 million users. Our mission is ambitious yet straightforward: to onboard the world to decentralized finance, making finance open and accessible to everyone.

We are a lean team of passionate self-starters who relish autonomy and are united by a sense of urgency. We are seeking a Lifecycle / Retention Manager to take end-to-end ownership of our CRM strategy, primarily utilizing Braze.

As the Lifecycle / Retention Manager, you will be the core owner of the entire user messaging lifecycle. You will leverage Braze end-to-end to drive user activation, retention, and reactivation across all messaging channels. This role requires a hands-on operator who is driven by metric movement and a deep understanding of user psychology.
