About the Role

We are seeking a highly capable AI Consultant (Manager level or above) to support the Data & AI Lead in establishing and operating an AI Lab / Center of Excellence (CoE) for SAB in Riyadh.

Location

• Based in KSA or willing to relocate
• On-site presence required in North Riyadh, 5 days per week

The selected candidate will play a key role in driving AI innovation within the organization by supporting the design, development, and deployment of high-impact AI use cases across core banking functions. This role is responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle of financing, payment, settlement, and reconciliation systems. The successful candidate will work at the intersection of lending, payments, regulatory compliance, and banking integrations within the Saudi market. The position requires strong expertise in regulated financial environments and the ability to translate complex financial and regulatory requirements into scalable product solutions.

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a strong background in investment banking/real estate financing to lead our financial operations, drive corporate financial strategy, and ensure sustainable growth. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, risk management, capital structure optimization, and regulatory compliance, while also playing a critical role in fundraising, mergers and acquisitions, and investor relations.

Responsibilities

• Strong experience in real estate financing

• Strong Experience in leading fundraising operations (debt/equity) and communicating with investors and investment funds

• Excellent experience in raising funds through debt by launching funds and issuing bonds/sukuk.

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives.

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support strategic decision-making.
