What You'll Do:

  • Engage new leads and opportunities, maintaining existing relationships, and following up with our reseller/integrator networks through email and phone correspondence
  • Create and maintain strong business relationships with prospective customers
  • Support a Regional team of Account Managers to collectively achieve assigned territory quotas.
  • Navigate across functions and acting as a liaison
  • Create, update and track opportunities and quotes in SalesForce
  • Work with Order Management to ensure a smooth hand off of purchase orders
  • Provide customer support from early questions to post-order inquiries
  • Some travel, attend annual sales events and other required events as needed

The Warehouse Assistant will also support the safe and proper storage of items, assist with general warehouse maintenance, and generate invoices and reports.

ROV Pilot Technician

We are currently looking for multiple ROV Pilot Technicians to strengthen our ROV team. In this role, you will support a wide range of offshore projects onboard our vessels in the Atlantic region, while gaining knowledge and collaborating with our experienced and passionate ROV team.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Operate, maintain, and repair on assigned ROV systems.
  • Participate in familiarization and debriefing activities prior to mobilization and demobilizations.
  • Carry out pre-dive and post-dive checks, preventative maintenance routines, and ensure all activities, defects, and repairs are accurately recorded in dive logs and system documentation.

We are looking for experienced ROV Pilots with strong knowledge and understanding of the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of ROV and LARS systems.
