Lifecycle / Retention Manager (Braze Focus)

Location: Remote - Open to remote US/Canada but MUST be available for in person sprints in NYC - Preference for full time in NYC

Compensation: $130K - $150K

We are a lean team of passionate self-starters who relish autonomy and are united by a sense of urgency. We are seeking a Lifecycle / Retention Manager to take end-to-end ownership of our CRM strategy, primarily utilizing Braze.

As the Lifecycle / Retention Manager, you will be the core owner of the entire user messaging lifecycle. You will leverage Braze end-to-end to drive user activation, retention, and reactivation across all messaging channels. This role requires a hands-on operator who is driven by metric movement and a deep understanding of user psychology.

This position supports the United States Marine Corps’ Program Executive Office Land Systems (PEO LS). An acquisition Software Engineer II involves analyzing Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) designs and production validation test results to ensure compliance with design specifications and requirements.  As a hybrid position, you will be expected to be in the office per the government’s requirements, but normally 3-4 days a week.  This job may require some travel.

The candidate will support the implementation and maturation of ITIL processes through documentation of processes, procedures, and work instructions. You will support process owners, process managers, service owners, and service managers with meeting support, documentation, collaboration, and continuous improvement initiatives. Support includes metrics analysis, workflow analysis, and suggested improvements based on findings, and alignment with ITIL and industry best practices.

It is an annual survey that gathers information from enrolled Veterans regarding their perceived health status, experiences with health services, current and anticipated future health care usage, insurance coverage, access to telehealth, and demographic characteristics. Participation remains voluntary. The data collected has supported projections of future health care utilization and informed VHA leadership in planning for the evolved needs of the Veteran population. This information is being collected in accordance with section 3507 of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. We are seeking a Subject Matter Expert in Statistics to help with this potential upcoming project.
