About the Role

We are looking for a Head of Ambassador & Partner Growth to own and scale GoMining's global partner-driven acquisition ecosystem, including ambassador, referral, affiliate, and growth partnership programs.

This is a strategic leadership role with full ownership of partner-driven growth — from acquisition strategy and program development to monetization, performance, and revenue generation.

You will be responsible for transforming these programs into a scalable, predictable, and profitable growth engine that attracts new users, increases engagement, and generates measurable business results.

We are looking for a Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer to develop and operate GoMining's cloud platform.

The primary focus of this role is GCP and Kubernetes, infrastructure and application delivery automation, and the reliability and security of production services.

You will maintain and improve our existing infrastructure, contribute to the development of the next generation of our platform, and help product teams ship changes safely and efficiently.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for an Engineering Director to own the technology platform behind the GoMining ecosystem.

This is a senior leadership role for someone who combines deep engineering expertise with strong product and business thinking.

You will own the Platform end-to-end — technology strategy, architecture, engineering organization, roadmap, reliability, delivery, and its impact on the wider business.

The Platform powers multiple GoMining products and includes core application infrastructure, authentication and authorization, integrations, shared services, analytics infrastructure, user restrictions, native applications, reliability, and other foundational capabilities.

This is not a role where success is measured simply by uptime, delivery, or engineering output.

We expect the Engineering Director to understand where technology creates or limits business value, make trade-offs between long-term architecture and immediate commercial priorities, and build a platform that allows the entire company to move faster.
