The Job:

The Sales Development Representative represents Hustler Marketing to potential new clients and drives new business through proactive outbound. You build and work your own pipeline through a multi-channel outbound strategy, then take those opportunities through discovery and sales calls to closed deals. The focus is selling our digital agency services primarily to DTC brands.

As part of the Sales Team, you run outbound campaigns, deliver strong discovery and sales calls over Zoom/Google Meet, and represent Hustler Marketing in the best possible way. You source, qualify, and prepare future clients, then carry them through the sales conversation yourself.

This is a hands-on role across the full sales process, so a thorough understanding of our services is essential. It calls for strong sales skills, creativity, comfort with data, and real fluency with modern outbound tooling and AI. You are expected to use AI for efficiency and automation wherever it makes the work faster and better, and to operate autonomously most of the time, while staying structured, efficient, and approachable in a remote environment.

The Sales Development Representative reports directly to the Vice President and Managing Director and is the liaison between prospective clients and our internal teams at Hustler Marketing.

The Bilingual Merchant Onboarding Specialist supports driving Financeit’s growth, ensuring new merchants are successfully onboarded and actively using our platform to fund financing volume. You’ll be responsible for prospecting and signing up new merchants, guiding them through the approval process, and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed. You’ll also maintain regular communication with merchants to keep them informed and engaged up until their account is onboarded.

This role requires a proven track record of building relationships with government end users, consultants, architects, general contractors, contract vehicle holders, strategic partners, and industry influencers. The ideal candidate will bring strong business development experience, technical aptitude, and the ability to identify, develop, and qualify new opportunities that lead to revenue growth.
