About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and technically minded Website SEO Optimisation Executive to join our Marketing team.  Reporting to the Senior Web Strategy & Optimisation Manager, you will support the development, optimisation, and performance of our websites and customer portals.  This role involves maintaining and and updating our digital platforms, while optimising onsite performance through a data driven, test and learn approach. 

This is a hands on role for someone who enjoys working on front end website updates, CMS development (primarily Webflow), technical optimisation, and UX improvements. You will help improve conversion rates, fix technical issues, enhance user journeys, and ensure our digital platforms run smoothly and efficiently.

As a Data Analyst within the Pricing Team, you will play a key role in shaping and executing Motia’s commercial strategy. Your responsibilities will range from the routine maintenance of customer pricing to identifying new commercial opportunities that support customer retention, profitability growth and operational efficiency.

As Motia explores the potential of Artificial Intelligence to enhance its commercial offering, the successful candidate will be both familiar with, and enthusiastic about, the emerging role of AI in pricing, data analytics, and decision‑making.
