We are hiring on behalf of our client, a leading international financial services provider within the digital asset sector, the client is seeking a highly qualified Authorised Manager to join the senior management team in Luxembourg. This pivotal role is primarily responsible for the oversight of Risk Management, Internal Control, and Information Security.

The successful candidate will be accountable for the design, implementation, and effectiveness of the firm’s risk management framework and ICT governance in strict alignment with MiCA/MiFID requirements and applicable EU regulations, including DORA. This is a "hands-on" senior leadership position requiring a professional who can balance strategic decision-making with operational execution in an environment without a dedicated Risk or Information Security team. The Authorised Manager will ensure sound and prudent business operations while coordinating across all functions, including providing senior oversight to the Compliance function while respecting its operational independence.

About the role:

The Director of Cybersecurity & Information Security will provide specialized expertise and guidance on assessing risks, monitoring risks, identifying potential gaps, and providing security solutions to mitigate risks and protect Financeit in Canada and in the US. Job Overview

The Information Security SME is responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining Theeb’s information security framework. This is a hands-on role where the incumbent will personally manage all aspects of cybersecurity operations, compliance, and governance. The role ensures the protection of company data, systems, and digital assets in line with international best practices and regulatory requirements

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for an Information Security Manager who will help mature our security culture, formalize internal processes, and lead the company toward continuous improvement of its security posture. You will collaborate with teams across the organization, develop security documentation, run awareness initiatives, and ensure a practical balance between strong security and fast-moving business operations in a fully remote and autonomous environment.

Requirements

Millennium Health LLC is an accredited specialty laboratory with more than a decade of experience in medication monitoring and drug testing services, helping clinicians monitor the use and misuse of prescription medications and illicit drugs. The testing is used by healthcare professionals to obtain objective information about patients’ recent use of prescription medications and/or illicit drugs and helps monitor the effectiveness of treatment plans.

* Candidate must be local to San Diego and work a minimum of 5 days in the office every 2 weeks.

This individual will be responsible for assisting with information security operations and projects.

The following are intended to be examples of the accountabilities for which the person in this position is responsible.  This position is not intended to be complete or all-inclusive and does not preclude management from assigning other or related functions for which the individual has demonstrated competency through performance.
