The ideal candidate will combine architecture depth with practical delivery experience. These roles will help assess the current marketing technology landscape, define target-state architecture, support integration planning, and enable faster execution of consolidation and rationalization of AI driven initiatives.

Head of Platform

The Platform team is the foundation of GoMining’s ecosystem. It owns the services that every product depends on — custody, KYC, compliance, core application components, and platform reliability.

As Head of Platform, you will own this domain end-to-end. You will define the platform strategy, lead a cross-functional engineering organization, establish engineering standards, and ensure the platform remains secure, scalable, and highly available.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a combination of technical expertise, product ownership, and operational excellence.


Responsibilities

Platform Ownership

  • Own the Platform domain as an internal product serving multiple product teams.
  • Define the platform strategy, roadmap, priorities, and success metrics.
  • Drive platform scalability, reliability, and engineering excellence.

Custody & Financial Infrastructure

  • Own custody infrastructure, including Fireblocks, Uphold, and similar providers.
  • Ensure secure asset storage, withdrawals, deposits, and fund movements.
  • Improve operational reliability across wallet infrastructure.
