Reporting to the Head of Technology & Innovation, you will drive the full lifecycle of technology and process-improvement initiatives — from requirements gathering and solution design to delivery oversight and change management. You will ensure that business needs are clearly captured, translated into actionable solutions, and that projects align with strategic goals, deliver measurable value, and comply with relevant industry’s best practices and standards.
