The Alliance Manager ensures that this transition happens smoothly, safely, and in line with regulatory obligations.

This role acts as a central project coordinator, working across PV, Regulatory, Legal, Supply Chain, and Business teams to secure the full transfer of safety responsibilities to the partner or acquiring company.

Main Responsibilities

1. Pharmacovigilance Transfer Coordination

• Coordinate end‑to‑end PV responsibility transfers when a product is sold or licensed to another company.
• Ensure safety data, regulatory obligations, and contractual PV commitments are clearly documented and handed over.
• Prepare and manage PV documentation required for buyers or partners.
• Support alignment between internal PV teams and external partners throughout the transition.

As a Project Coordinator (FTTH B' Phase), you will support the successful delivery of Fiber To The Home (FTTH) projects by coordinating various project tasks, liaising with teams, and ensuring that all activities are executed in line with project timelines and contractual obligations. Your organizational skills will be pivotal in keeping the project on track, maintaining communication between stakeholders, and facilitating the overall workflow.

The PMO Analyst ensures delivery discipline across all projects by maintaining Asana hygiene, tracking progress on modules/features, preparing project health reports, collecting updates from PMs, flagging risks early, and supporting the Delivery Ops Lead in driving execution standards.

They act as the backbone of delivery governance, ensuring every project is updated, documented, and visible to leadership — without depending on individual PM habits.

Requirements

1. Asana Management & Delivery Hygiene

• Maintain daily oversight of all Asana boards for active projects (tasks, subtasks, deadlines, dependencies).
• Ensure PMs update status, timelines, documentation, and dependencies according to SOP.
• Identify overdue tasks, inconsistencies, and missing details.
• Send daily/weekly reminders to PMs and escalate hygiene issues to Delivery Ops Lead.

2. Project Progress Tracking

• Track module/feature-level progress against planned timelines.
• Verify updates provided by PMs are complete and accurate.
• Maintain progress sheets or trackers for all critical deliverables.
• Identify delays and bottlenecks early and escalate accordingly.

3. Weekly Delivery Reporting

Location: Santa Ana, California 

Type: Part-Time (20-30 hours per week)

As a Project Coordinator you will play a critical role in the functioning of the Field Operations organization by providing support to the Professional Services team. This role is instrumental in providing high quality services to our customers. The Project Coordinator is responsible for facilitating on-site services – before, during, and after the visit. This includes reviewing Work Orders for accuracy, dispatching technicians, and generating RMA’s. The Project Coordinator will interact closely with Project Managers, as well as Field Technicians. Your job is to do everything you can in order to ensure on site service visits go as smooth as possible. Responsibilities also include gathering and checking important info before the installation, assistance to your fellow Field Operations team members, and occasionally other tasks as assigned.
