Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support customer journey mapping exercises for a financial services client.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and user requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and actionable insights.
  • Work closely with CRM and Martech teams to align business objectives with technical capabilities.
  • Support workshops, stakeholder interviews, and documentation efforts throughout the engagement.

Requirements

Experience

  • 5–7 years of solid, relevant experience as a Business Analyst.

Industry Knowledge

  • Strong familiarity with the financial services industry.
