Gritter Francona is seeking an IT Asset Management Subject Matter Expert to support a federal Information Technology Asset Management (ITAM) program. This role will serve as the lead ITAM knowledge resource for an enterprise effort focused on strengthening hardware asset management, software asset management, lifecycle governance, policy alignment, operational processes, data quality, compliance, and strategic planning.

The IT Asset Management Subject Matter Expert will provide both strategic advisory support and hands-on expertise in process design, requirements analysis, policy documentation, governance development, roadmap planning, and future-state operating model development. The ideal candidate has deep experience across both hardware asset management and software asset management and can help stakeholders translate complex ITAM challenges into practical, scalable, and compliant solutions.

Responsibilities

Gritter Francona is seeking an IT Asset Management Senior Analyst to support a federal Information Technology Asset Management (ITAM) program. This role will serve as a senior analytical and coordination resource, supporting the Program Manager and acting as a deputy/backup when needed. The Senior Analyst will help advance enterprise ITAM strategic planning, governance, policy documentation, reporting, compliance readiness, and program execution across hardware asset management and software asset management workstreams.

The ideal candidate has experience supporting federal IT or management consulting programs, developing client-ready strategic and governance deliverables, analyzing complex program information, and coordinating across multiple stakeholders. This role requires someone who can operate above a task-tracking function by helping shape recommendations, synthesize findings, document decisions, and support the development of practical frameworks, plans, and materials for a maturing enterprise ITAM program.

This role will serve as the primary client-facing lead and will oversee the successful delivery of program management support for an enterprise ITAM effort focused on strengthening asset accountability, lifecycle management, governance, reporting, and operational visibility.

The Program Manager will coordinate directly with government program leadership, manage project execution, monitor schedules and deliverables, oversee risk and issue management, and ensure clear communication across stakeholders. The ideal candidate has experience leading federal IT programs, managing complex deliverables, and supporting structured governance, compliance, and reporting activities in a mission-focused environment.

Gritter Francona is seeking an IT Asset Management Research & Data Analyst to support a federal Information Technology Asset Management (ITAM) program. This role will provide data analysis, reporting, dashboarding, and performance measurement support for an enterprise ITAM effort focused on improving asset accountability, lifecycle visibility, data quality, compliance, and operational decision-making.

The Research & Data Analyst will analyze ITAM-related data across hardware asset management and software asset management workstreams, develop reports and visualizations, identify trends and anomalies, and support data-driven recommendations for program leadership. The ideal candidate is a strong data analyst who can work with large or complex datasets, translate data into clear insights, and produce accurate, client-ready reporting products.

The ideal candidate possesses strong experience with IT service management (ITSM), software deployment coordination, release management processes, and enterprise operational support within a federal government environment.

The Service Desk Technician provides Level 1 and 2 support for technology devices and applications in the workplace. The role is responsible for timely resolution of incidents and requests received at the Help Desk. The Technician is responsible for provision, build and configuration of company issued devices and those that are in our facilities. They are responsible for initial triage, support and resolution of application incidents and provisioning requests. The technician adheres to IT Service Management (ITSM) processes through consistent logging and resolution of tickets logged in the system. They will maintain workplace device inventory, prepare reports and work on custom projects for business users. The role requires a high level of interaction with business users and IT teams with a mindset to go above and beyond to enable superior customer experience.
