Security DevOps Engineer - Crypto Social Infrastructure

Location: London, New York City (Office)

Compensation: $250K - $300K

We are a high-growth software development company of elite builders and proud contributors to the largest crypto social network globally, a platform that has generated over $600 million in revenue since March 2024. We are seeking a Security DevOps Engineer to join our team, focusing on building secure, scalable infrastructure for decentralized applications and redefining what’s possible in social finance.

You will play a critical, hands-on role in hardening our development and production environments. This role involves integrating security throughout our CI/CD pipeline, automating security scanning and monitoring, and working directly with development teams to ensure a strong overall security posture across our cloud and blockchain infrastructure.

What You'll Do:

Role Purpose:

The Cloud DevSecOps Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and securing cloud-based infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. The role ensures seamless automation, robust security integration, and efficient monitoring of systems across OCI and GCP environments to enable secure, scalable, and high-performing applications.

Key Responsibilities:

1. CI/CD Pipeline & DevSecOps

• Design, build, and secure CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.

• Integrate automated security testing (SAST/DAST) using SonarQube and related tools.
• Implement and manage GitOps workflows for continuous delivery using ArgoCD.

2. Cloud Infrastructure & Automation

We are building the next generation of conversational AI agents to automate workflows for businesses. Our platform is an AI-native help desk that allows human agents to work alongside AI, increasing automation over time. Our AI agents handle both reactive and proactive automation across various channels like calls, SMS, and email, while maintaining a single, coherent conversation thread. We need a motivated and ambitious Backend Engineer with hands-on experience building production backend systems.
