Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by managing inquiries related to social media platforms, user accounts, and features via phone, email, and chat in Polish.
- Assist users with account setup, password recovery, and security inquiries.
- Offer support in navigating platform features, community guidelines, and troubleshooting common issues.
- Resolve user complaints and concerns efficiently and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately within the CRM system for follow-up and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and address user feedback.
- Stay informed about platform updates, trends in social media, and best practices to provide relevant advice to users.
