Our client is the development firm responsible for building and operating the full technology stack for one of the largest and most high-volume memecoin launchpads in the decentralized finance space. This role reports directly to the General Counsel and is responsible for supporting corporate and intellectual property legal functions. The successful candidate will manage the organization of corporate documentation for a multinational structure, process agency filings, conduct due diligence, and assist with the administration of contracts, litigation tracking, and commercial transactions.

About the role: 

You will be leading one of the product teams within the Signal SaaS web application. The focus is on building supporting infrastructure and data visualization features — such as charts, graphs, tables, and maps — that help users interact with complex shipping data. Alongside feature development, the team invests in building reusable components that support both their own roadmap and other teams, with a strong focus on automated testing  inside CI/CD pipelines.

About the role: We are currently seeking a highly motivated, analytical and Insightful analyst to join our team on a fixed-term six month contract. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing deal flow and conducting due diligence for a portion of our portfolio. Reporting directly to the SVP of Tech Ventures and working closely with the Signal Ventures team, this role will contribute to the growth and success of Signal Ventures.
