What's the role?

The official job title is Supply Chain Specialist - Procurement and will be based in our Stockholm office.

The role will be responsible for the strategic and tactical procurement of goods and services supporting the manufacture and assembly of seismic recording instruments used in offshore geophysical studies. This position will develop and execute sourcing and category management strategies for critical, high-value and technically complex goods and services required for original equipment manufacturing operations. Working across a global supply base, the role will lead strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier negotiations and commercial agreements to optimize total cost, quality, delivery, working capital and continuity of supply.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in strategic sourcing and procurement within OEM manufacturing, contract manufacturing or Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) environments, together with proven experience managing complex global supply chains and leading multi-million-dollar commercial negotiations. Vous intégrerez le service technique afin de renforcer l’équipe « superintendant ».

Vous assurerez principalement les fonctions suivantes :

* Prise en charge de la gestion technique et financière des navires qui vous sont alloués.

* Collaboration avec les approvisionneurs pour trouver les produits les plus adaptés et gérer les obsolescences.

* Validation des commandes en fonction du budget du navire et des priorités.

* Veille de l’adhésion du personnel de bord aux règles HSE et aux procédures liées à l’ISM.

* Travaux d’escale : planification et organisation des travaux, respect des règlements portuaires, choix des fournisseurs et des spécialistes.

* Travaux de carénage : planification et organisation, rédaction des spécifications, demande de cotations, planification des remplacements de matériels en fonction de leur obsolescence, vétusté, exigences réglementaires, participer à la sélection du chantier, surveiller les travaux, vérification des factures, déclenchement des visites réglementaires.

* Visites annuelles et visites de classe : organisation et déclenchement des visites de navires, relation avec les autorités du Pavillon et de la Classe, obtention des certificats classe et statutaire, suivi les échéances.
