Gritter Francona is looking for a Deployment Site Practitioner to help support the full lifecycle deployment and implementation of the Oracle EHR system throughout Veterans Affairs hospitals.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

  • Lead and manage key domains—Technical, Clinical/Functional, or Site Deployment—within a comprehensive Electronic Health Record (EHR) system implementation.
  • Drive planning, execution, and coordination of assigned workstreams, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budgets.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for your workstream, facilitating collaboration among technical teams, clinical stakeholders, site leadership, and senior management.
  • Oversee all phases of deployment, including pre-deployment, go-live, and post-deployment optimization.
  • Address risks, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
  • Bring proven leadership in healthcare IT or EHR deployment, demonstrate expertise in your workstream domain, and manage large-scale, multi-site implementations.
  • Contribute to transformative EHR efforts that improve healthcare delivery and patient outcomes.
