The HR Systems Implementation Senior Consultant is responsible for leading the successful implementation, rollout, and adoption of the new HR Management System. • 8+ years in Dynamics 365 / data migration (preferably CE, FO experience is a plus).
• Proven experience managing/leading offshore teams in India (capacity, planning, quality checks, coordination).
• Experience in project coordination or project management (tracking progress, risk awareness, expectation management).
• Ability to translate technical migration details into clear actions and customer updates.
• Strong stakeholder management skills: customer teams in NL + technical teams in India.
• Comfortable operating between Indian work culture and the Dutch direct communication style.
