HR Business Partner
ANTIPOLLUTION, a member of Vasileiadis Group of Companies (V Group), is a leading provider of environmental and waste management solutions across the Eastern Mediterranean, Egypt and the Balkans. Its activities span Port Reception Facilities, Emergency Response Services, Decontamination Services, Renewable Energy, Alternative Fuel Production from Waste and Technology.
The HR Business Partner will support the effective delivery of HR operations across the employee lifecycle, partnering with managers and employees to address people-related needs and support business objectives. The role reports to the Head of Recruitment and covers HR operations, selection, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, HR reporting, compliance, learning & development, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
· Oversee day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities across the headquarters and the company’s operational facilities.
· Act as a key point of contact for managers and employees, providing day-to-day HR guidance and support.
· Maintain organizational structures, job descriptions, personnel records and HR documentation.
· Support organizational effectiveness and ensure HR processes are consistently and efficiently implemented across the organization.
· Prepare HR reports, dashboards and workforce metrics to support management decision-making.
