Our work enables intent-driven execution across chains, requiring high-velocity technical delivery and strong team leadership. We are seeking an Engineering Manager to accelerate execution across projects, partner integrations, and cross-team initiatives.

This role is focused on making things happen: ensuring technical projects are delivered on time, partner integrations run smoothly, and internal teams are fully aligned. You will lead and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team while owning technical guidance, reliability management, and strategic process implementation.
