Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to aviation services, ticketing, and flight information via phone, email, and chat in Spanish.
• Assist customers with booking flights, managing reservations, and providing information on travel policies.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Document all customer interactions in our CRM system for accurate record-keeping.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate travel solutions and address service-related concerns.
