Our client is seeking an experienced Bridge Project Manager to join our growing office in Herndon, VA. This role is designed for a senior structural engineer who is ready to transition into a client-facing leadership position, taking full ownership of project oversight and delivery across Virginia and the Mid-Atlantic.

As a Project Manager, you will lead a diverse portfolio of transportation structure projects, ranging from smaller $5M–$10M efforts to large-scale, regionally significant design-build pursuits. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, leveraging your deep technical background to guide engineering teams, manage resources, and ensure the highest quality outcomes without the requirement of daily design production.

Academic Role

·         In charge of all training activities at SeaLearn Academy / SeaLearn Training Institute.

·         Ensure the curriculum and syllabus used are current, relevant, and up to date.

·         Implement maritime industry, company, and regulatory training requirements in line with best industry practices.

·         Ensure the Training Centre complies with approved standards and quality assurance systems in line with national and international requirements.

·         Represent SeaLearn and its parent company at international forums, conferences, and official meetings.

·         Serve as a member of the Think Tank for future training needs of SeaLearn Ltd.

Management Role

·         Act as Management Representative for SeaLearn Training Institutions and report to Top Management.

We are seeking a seasoned Project Delivery Director to take a lead role on the large scale Generation III+ Nuclear New Build Program.

Role Purpose

The Delivery Director is accountable for leading the execution on the Owner side of the Engineering Services phase for a large-scale nuclear new build program. The role provides senior leadership through the pre-FID phase, ensuring that all technical, commercial, licensing, schedule, and cost deliverables required to support FID approval and the transition to the Execution phase are developed at the appropriate maturity.

This position requires proven executive-level experience in establishing delivery structures for multi-billion-dollar energy projects, managing multi-party consortia, and driving robust EPC contracting readiness.

Key Accountabilities

Program Delivery Leadership

• Provide overall leadership and accountability for program execution
• Establish and manage an integrated delivery organization across Owner and Contractor
• Ensure delivery governance, performance monitoring, and corrective actions are implemented across all workstreams.

EPC Scope and Contracting Readiness

The Finance Director will lead the financial strategy required to achieve Final Investment Decision (FID) and secure long-term financing for a multi-billion dollar nuclear new-build project.

The role is accountable for coordinating the total cost estimate, ensuring cost credibility at AACE Class 2/3 level, structuring the financing plan (ECA-backed and sovereign-supported), and establishing robust governance of project financial risk, contingency, and exposure management. This position ensures that cost, risk, schedule, and financing are fully integrated into a lender-grade and regulator-credible investment case.

Key Responsibilities

1. Secure Project Financing and Funding Strategy

• Lead the definition and execution of the financing roadmap up to FID
• Structure and coordinate funding solutions including Export Credit Agency (ECA) backed financing, sovereign guarantees, state support mechanisms, and commercial debt.
• Support negotiations with international ECAs, commercial lenders, financial institutions, and government stakeholders.

• File IRT study documentation in eTMF and contribute to lessons learned review.
